What is your refund policy?

At Nonwoventotes.com, we go the extra mile for our customer satisfaction. If something isn’t right with any new or unused merchandise, we will refund or exchange it within 30 days of the date of your purchase, no questions asked. Just make sure the merchandise is in the same condition you received it in, in the original packaging, with all hand tags attached.

How do I refund an item?

To refund or replace an item, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Email us at info@nonwoventotes.com with your order number.
  2. After receiving your request, we will send you a reply with refund instructions and refund number (RMA#).
  3. When you receive the RMA#, repack the items in the original packaging, enclose a copy of the original invoice, and send the package within 5 days of receiving the RMA#. When you send back your package, please use a carrier that offers a tracking number. We suggest you keep this tracking number as proof. The RMA# must appear on the outside of all packages, and we cannot accept products without the RMA# clearly indicated.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your refunded package, your payment will automatically be refunded to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-4 business days for the amount to be credited to your account.
  5. We will refund the cost of your merchandise and the applicable sales tax. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping cost paid to the carrier to ship the products to you, and we do not provide the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus applicable shipping and credit card charges.
  6. If the address is incorrect, outdated, or the package is refused at the delivery, the parcel will typically be sent back to us by the carrier. In this case, the original refund shipping (minimum $14.95) will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Can I refund/cancel a Customized/Personalized item?

  1. Printed merchandise can't be refunded. We cannot accept refunds, cancellations, or exchanges on personalized products once virtual sample (mock-up) is approved. You can always cancel your custom order and get a refund before you approve the mock-up. Credit card fees may apply.
  2. Nonwoventotes.com will provide you with an approximate printing process time and shipping transit time with your order. Our standard processing time for printing is 7 to 10 days. Nonwoventotes.com is not responsible for errors made by the shipping carrier, such as delayed items or lost packages.

How do I exchange an item?

If the item(s) you received don't work for you and you want to exchange them for a different item or color, you can refund the original item by creating a refund/claim request from the above link and following the steps described above. Please include the item name/link with which you want to replace your order. You will be responsible for the refund shipping charges. Also, original shipping and restocking fees may apply.

I received damaged/defective/wrong item/wrong Color bag(s). What do I do?

If you have received damaged, defective, wrong item, or wrong color bag(s), or if something is missing, you must contact us through email at info@nonwoventotes.com within 3 days from the date of delivery. If you do it after this time period, we will not be able to track the error and replace the order. Please include a description of the issue and the solution that you prefer. We will process a replacement/credit and provide easy instructions for your refund if applicable.

Please note that each screen resolution setting may result in a different view of the bag. This may cause discrepancies in the original color of the bag compared to the photo seen online. Therefore, refund requests regarding color discrepancy will be denied.

The courier lost/delayed my package! What should I do?

Nonwoventotes.com is not responsible for errors made by the shipping courier, such as delayed items or lost packages. However, we will still try to help you! To address this, you need to open a claim so we can follow up with the courier for this issue. In many cases, courier companies locate lost packages and rearrange delivery. Nonwoventotes.com is responsible for purchasing the service you choose from the couriers, but couriers do not guarantee transit time (including expedited air shipments). In case of any delay, they will not refund or compensate the fees.

Special Consideration for Orders in the European Union

For any orders from the European Union, the customer can cancel or refund the order within 14 days without providing a reason or any justification. However, your refunded item(s) must be in the same condition as you received them. This means that the item(s) should be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt for proof of purchase.
