When will you ship my order?

We know you're eager to quickly get your hands on those wholesale bags for your event or personal use. So, we work hard to make sure you get them as soon as possible! Orders placed before 2:00 pm ET will be shipped the same business day.  However, if your order is placed after 2:00 pm ET (11:00 am PST), it will be shipped the following business day. Keep in mind that weekends and U.S. holidays are not considered business days.

Customization orders (Orders with your logo): We will do our best to ship your customization order in 7-10 business days after you approve the mock-up. But please keep in mind some orders might take longer depending on the order size and season. 

You may experience an order processing delay of one or two business days during peak shipping periods, such as holidays or events. If something causes issues and delays in shipping your order, we will contact you by phone or email.

Also, if you have placed an order for an upcoming event and want your order to be shipped ASAP,  give us a call, and we will be happy to assist you by making special arrangements for expedited shipping. 

 

When will I receive my order?

Nonwoventotes.com uses the best carriers to make sure your order gets to you on time. We deliver in 7 to 14 business days worldwide. 


What are your shipping rates?

We offer Free shipping worldwide.

How can I track my shipment?

We will send automated delivery updates to your registered email address to keep you informed about your order's status, whether it's in transit, out for delivery, delivered, faced a failed delivery attempt, or encountered any exceptions.

Can you ship outside of the U.S.?

We ship to Canada, Most European countries and Australia. 

International shipping is free.

The courier lost my package! What should I do?

We are very sorry that your shipment encountered an issue on the couriers end! At Nonwoventotes.com, we want to clarify that we aren't liable for any errors made by the shipping courier, such as delays or lost packages.

However, we would still like to help you! Please contact us immediately so we can initiate a claim with our courier to locate your shipment. Kindly note that our claims policy has a 3-business-day window from the delivery date for acceptance. Once the claim is resolved, based on the outcome, we may issue a refund for the original order or work with the courier to ensure the successful delivery of your package.
